MAD FATE BEER COMPANY ANNOUNCES GRAND OPENING IN RANCHO CORDOVA
Brewery will open October 3 in former Claimstake Brewing Location
RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif. – Mad Fate Beer Co., a new craft brewery in Rancho Cordova’s Barrel District, will hold its grand opening on October 3, 2026 at 11366 Monier Park Place. The grand opening celebration will feature several beer releases, live music, food trucks and showcase its completely-renovated taproom space to the public.
Mad Fate is owned by business partners Brian Palmer and Mike Ryan; they have partnered with Eric Newell, Keerthy Muddahanumaiah and Suresh Kannan. The same group will operate Claimstake Brewing, which previously occupied the location.
“Mad Fate is a much more upbeat, ‘cool’ sibling of Claimstake,” said Suresh Kannan, partner of Mad Fate Beer Co. “We’re going to have great beer and a lot of events here. We’ve put a lot of thought into creating an environment for everyone in the community to enjoy.”
Mad Fate plans to operate seven days a week and host regular events and food trucks on-site.
Claimstake Brewing’s flagship beer will continue to be manufactured, distributed and served in the taproom, alongside Mad Fate’s rotating selection of craft beers.
